About ATEL

All Things Early Learning was founded in 2025 with a commitment to supporting children, families, and youth-serving organizations through intentional, high-quality educational experiences. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, youth development, and program leadership, our work is rooted in helping learners build confidence, strong foundations, and real-life skills that support long-term success.
Our services include tutoring, parent coaching, and curriculum and youth program consulting. We work closely with families to strengthen early learning at home, while also partnering with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to design and support impactful youth programming.
At the heart of our approach is the belief that learning is most effective when it is connected, practical, and empowering. We focus on helping youth recognize their worth, develop confidence, and gain the tools they need to thrive academically and beyond.
All Things Early Learning takes pride in creating supportive learning environments where students feel seen, families feel equipped, and organizations feel confident in the programs they deliver.
Ciera Shanks – Founder
Ciera Shanks is a nonprofit leader and community advocate dedicated to empowering youth, supporting families, and building pathways to economic mobility in central Ohio. She works in the nonprofit sector, specializing in youth development and workforce development, where she designs and supports programs that help young people and families move toward long-term self-sufficiency.
Ciera is passionate about building systems that deliver measurable impact. She brings a data-driven approach to her work, using outcomes and evaluation to strengthen programs, guide decision-making, and ensure sustainability. Alongside this, she has a strong interest in cognitive neuroscience and applies research-based strategies to support learning, focus, confidence, and long-term growth among the populations she serves.
Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. Since 2010, Ciera has volunteered throughout the community, beginning with Rehab’s Hide Away, where she supported survivors of human trafficking. She later led Young Mothers Walking with Christ to uplift young parents, launched New Generation Kids, LLC in 2018 to provide youth enrichment and etiquette training, and continues to serve with the Motherful Collective, supporting food distribution, advocacy, and economic initiatives for single mothers.
At the heart of her work, Ciera believes that building a stronger future requires both vision and accountability. She is dedicated to creating innovative, collaborative solutions that ensure youth and families have access to the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive, with progress measured through real, meaningful outcomes for the community.
